Further investment despite Credit Crunch

Despite the 'credit crunch' and current economic recession Eavesway Travel are confident that through various sales promotions and iniatives currently on offer from P & O and Princess Cruises the demand for seats on our Cruiselink Service to Southampton will be as strong as ever.

Therefore we have continued to invest in the business and this spring will see the replacement of the 3 oldest coaches in the fleet. As previously announced they will be replaced by three further Van Hool T921 Altano coaches two of which follow on from last year's delivery of identical vehicles which have proved to be a great success both in their passenger appeal and economic operation the third being a further addition to our 'Exclusive' fleet and sister vehicle to the new Manchester United team coach delivered last July.

The Company is also making further important investment this time in its infrastructure. Currently its vehicle maintenance workshops are undergoing a complete refurbishment with new inspection pits and equipment being installed giving the Company's Engineers improved facilities to continue to maintain our fleet to the highest standards

Also being installed is a new drive through 'Britannia' vehicle wash, one of its features being the latest water saving recycling equipment available, which as well as being environmentally friendly will ensure that our fleet of coaches is looking at its best at all times and will also save our drivers much time.
