CORONAVIRUS (Covid-19) Update as of 18 May 2020
In these challenging times the health & safety of all our employees is paramount, therefore we have allowed all our staff to stay at home until the current situation with Covid 19 improves.
We will be available to serve you again as soon as we are able to do so, our highly specified vehicles together with extensively trained drivers will be at your disposal.

As you may imagine we are currently experiencing an unprecedented level of enquiries from clients regarding all aspects of their travel reservations on our Cruiselink services to Southampton, Dover and Newcastle. Under Governments guidelines our office is still temporarily closed for the safety of our employees, however we do have minimal staff working from home enabling you to still make contact with us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Communications may take longer than normal but rest assured you will receive a response to your enquiry.
We would therefore ask all clients affected by the current situation to continue with the kindness, understanding and patience that has been shown to date.
Throughout these difficult times our priority remains, as always, the safety of our employees and passengers. To this end, for the time being and until further notice, our coach fleet has been parked up and our drivers and maintenance staff have been instructed to remain at home and follow the social distancing guidelines advised by Government.
Cancellation/Refund requests received as of Monday 18 May 2020
For all customers who have requested to cancel their Cruiselink travel we will continue to work our way through the relevant refunds which will be processed at the earliest opportunity however, due to the volume of transactions involved this will inevitably take longer than usual and we would ask that you bear with us whilst this task is undertaken.
Transferring your reservation as of Monday 18 May 2020
For all customers who wish to transfer their current reservation to a future cruise, we will be happy to transfer your booking to an alternative date during 2020 or 2021 or 2022, (when scheduled). We will waiver any price increase for 2021/22 Cruiselink travel. Additionally any previous promotional discount, Black Friday etc. will be honoured and a further £25 per booking will be added to your account as a further future discount in consideration of your co-operation and support at this time.
Cancellation/Refunds received from Monday 18 May 2020 until further notice.
All customer requests to cancel will be actioned under our revised terms and conditions, published on our website 18 May 2020, and should a cancellation for Cruiselink travel be made prior to the cruise subsequently being cancelled then the £25 cancellation charge levied will unfortunately not be refundable. For all requests to cancel made from Monday 18 May 2020, due to the current, prevailing and unprecedented circumstances your account and funds will be temporarily frozen until such time that normal business trading can resume and your cancellation request and relevant refund will then be dealt with in the appropriate manner.
Eavesway Travel Ltd is an independent company and therefore not subject to ABTA or IATA rules regarding refund procedures. Unlike many major airlines, tour companies or indeed the cruise companies themselves we are currently processing several thousand pounds of refunds on a daily basis and we will continue to process refunds, including as a valued client your own, as soon as it is possible to do so but unfortunately due to the sheer volume of requests being received at the present time this will not be within 14 days of your initial contact
Eavesway Travel Ltd have been in business for over 90 years and have serviced the requirements of the cruise industry for well over 30 of those years, with your understanding we fully expect this to continue in the very near future.
