Behind the Scenes

From the start of your enquiry for coach travel whether it be for our Cruiselink Service, Private or Corporate Charter through to the completion of your journey with us there is a full team of staff behind the scenes to support our operation and ensure that your time with us is spent comfortably and in safety.

We have a friendly sales and reservation team working in our modern call centre to take your enquiry answer your queries and process your booking for our Crusielink Service. Our Private and Corporate Hire Department is headed by our MD Mike Eaves

In our Operations Department we have a team of three experienced Managers who plan and oversee the movements of our fleet of coaches, all of which are tracked by GPS 24 hours a day and monitored around the clock.

Just as importantly our Engineering Department is staffed by a team of fully qualified engineers, each with many years experience in maintaining coaches to the highest standards in our own fully equipped workshops which are constantly updated with the latest equipment in vehicle maintenance available.
