Terms & Conditions of Booking with the AUTUMN10 Discount Code:

• When booking online, the discount code AUTUMN10 must be entered at the end of the booking process in the ‘Discount Code’ box, prior to payment. The discount code cannot be applied to any online bookings once payment has been processed.

• The full remaining balance is to be paid at the time of booking by credit or debit card, once the promotion code has been applied.

• AUTUMN10 entitles each passenger on the booking to a £10 discount off the travel cost (£10 per person).

• Bookings can be made online at www.eaveswaytravel.com between 00:01 and 23:59 on 12/10/2025.

• This discount code can only be used on bookings made online and not by telephone.

• The discount code cannot be applied to any existing bookings.

• The discount code is redeemable against any scheduled Cruiselink services during 2025, 2026, and 2027.

• The discount code can be applied to either one-way or return travel.

• The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer noted on your account.

• Loyalty Points will be awarded as normal on the balance paid. Available Loyalty Points held on account are not redeemable in conjunction with this discount offer.

• Customers may make multiple bookings and take advantage of the discount code more than once.

• The discount code is non-transferable should your booking be cancelled or you request to change your travel dates.

• Customers will be declined, and the code will not be accepted if they attempt to book outside of the promotional period.

• Eavesway Travel reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

• Normal Cruiselink Terms and Conditions of Booking apply.

 

 

 

Loyalty Points

Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions

· To redeem loyalty points, you MUST make your reservation by telephone

· Points will automatically be calculated and added to your account following a confirmed reservation

· You will be rewarded 10 points to every £1 cash spend

· Points are not rewarded against any discounted fares, promotions or on points redeemed

· Any additional Loyalty Bonus Points may be offered from time to time at the discretion of Eavesway

· Spending your points – every 10 points will be to the value of 5p (1000 points equates to a £5.00 Discount)

· Points gained on a booking will become available to redeem after the return date of that particular journey

· There is no expiry date on the points earned, they will remain on your account until redeemed

· Online Bookings – will gain loyalty points, to redeem points you must telephone to book

· Online Reservations – points cannot be redeemed on a confirmed booking at a later date

· Loyalty Points hold no monetary value, and can only be used as a discount against a CruiseLink booking with Eavesway.

· Members who choose to leave the loyalty programme forfeit the right to any monetary value of points accrued

· Cancellation of bookings – Normal Terms & Conditions apply as detailed on your travel ticket.  Any points redeemed will be taken at the monetary value before a refund is issued.

· Eavesway reserve the right to alter or amend the Loyalty Programme at any time.
