Cancellation/Refund requests received as of Monday 18 May 2020

For all customers who have requested to cancel their Cruiselink travel we will continue to work our way through the relevant refunds which will be processed at the earliest opportunity however, due to the volume of transactions involved this will inevitably take longer than usual and we would ask that you bear with us whilst this task is undertaken.

 

Transferring your reservation as of Monday 18 May 2020

For all customers who wish to transfer their current reservation for cruise in the future we will be happy to transfer your booking to an alternative date later during 2020 or 2021 / 2022, (when scheduled).  We will waiver any price increase for 2021/22 Cruiselink travel. Additionally any previous promotional discount, Black Friday etc. will be honoured and a further £25 per booking will be added to your account as a further future discount in consideration of your co-operation and support at this time.

 

Cancellation/Refunds received from Monday 18 May 2020 until further notice.

All customer requests to cancel will be actioned under our revised terms and conditions, published on our website 18 May 2020, and should a cancellation for Cruiselink travel be made prior to the cruise subsequently being cancelled then the £25 cancellation charge levied will unfortunately not be refundable. For all requests to cancel made from Monday 18 May 2020, due to the current, prevailing and unprecedented circumstances your account and funds will be temporarily frozen until such time that normal business trading can resume and your cancellation request and relevant refund will then be dealt with in the appropriate manner.

 

 

2021 DEPARTURES Now Available

Many customers like to be well organised and so do we, our 2021 departures are now available to book online or by telephoning our reservations team on 01942 727985 option1.

 

LOYALTY PROGRAMME

Launched December 2017

From the 1st December 2017 our Loyalty Programme became available to all customers, new & old, to join and start earning points on every future booking. If you haven't already registered your account you can give us a call to update your details to start saving, alternatively your account will automatically register when you next book.

 

How it works - When making your Cruiselink reservation your qualifying points will be calculated and held on your account until you have travelled on that particular journey, upon your return the points will then convert to a monetary value on your account which you can redeem as a discount against a future reservation.  You may wish to collect and save them for a bigger discount in the future as there is no expiry date, they will simply hold on your account until you wish to spend them! 

 

To register your acccount to the programme or to redeem points you will need to contact our office by telephone - 01942 727985 option 1.

 

Every booking will be rewarded 10 points for every £1 spent and on redeeming every 10 points will be to the value of 0.05p

 

Once you have registered you will automatically earn points by booking online or by telephone, Unfortunately Points CANNOT be redeem against online reservations  To take advantage of any offer of Promotional Bonus Points reservations MUST be made by telephone.

Exclusive Mini Coach in Service

 

Following the success of the first Exclusive Mini Coach, introduced in June 2014, we have recently taken delivery of another Exclusive Mini Coach.
