New Pickup Points for MSC Virtuosa Transfers

Due to high demand, we’re expanding our Yorkshire service specifically for MSC Virtuosa to include North East pickup points! Starting in 2026, you can now join our MSC Virtuosa coach service from Washington, Scotch Corner, Wetherby, or Ferrybridge services—making it even easier to get to your cruise hassle-free! Already booked on our Yorkshire service for MSC Virtuosa 2026 but prefer a more northern pickup? No problem! Just give us a call, and we’ll switch you over—no admin fees, just pay the fare difference!

 

2026 Cruiselink Price Lock & Departures Now on Sale

For the second year in a row, we are keeping our Cruiselink prices locked! You can now book your 2026 departures at the same price as 2024 and 2025. We have also launched our 2026 timetables for our Cruiselink service to Southampton for P&O Arcadia, Arvia, Aurora, Britannia, Ventura; Sky Princess; Fred Olsen; and MSC Virtuosa.

 

Pickup Points Changes from 2025

We’ve had several enquiries and suggestions regarding our Yorkshire pickup points. This, along with operational logistics, has influenced our decision to change our departure points for Leeds and Barnsley starting from 2025. The Leeds pickup point will now be Skelton Lake motorway services on the M1, and Barnsley will change to Woolley Edge motorway services on the M1. We hope that going forward this will further streamline our service and make these pickup points more accessible for our passengers.

 

Our Disembarkation Procedure

Following recent customer feedback, we have made the decision to streamline our disembarkation process to make your return journey as smooth as possible.

For P&O, Princess, and MSC, the coach will be in position from 08:00am, and the intended departure time from the port is now 09:30am.

If you're travelling with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, or Fred Olsen, the coach will be in position from 07:00am, and the intended departure time from the port will be 08:00am.

To avoid any unnecessary delays, please follow the above instructions when requesting your time of disembarkation whilst on board ship. If you would like an updated ticket with the new disembarkation times, please contact us. We thank you for your cooperation and continued loyalty to our services.

 

 

Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions

  • To redeem loyalty points, you MUST make your reservation by telephone.

  • Points will automatically be calculated and added to your account following a confirmed reservation.

  • Points are rewarded at 10 points per £1 cash spend.

  • Points are not rewarded against discounted fares, promotions, or on points redeemed.

  • Additional Loyalty Bonus Points may be offered at the discretion of Eavesway.

  • Every 10 points = 5p discount (1000 points = £5.00).

  • Points gained on a booking will become available to redeem after the return date of that journey.

  • There is no expiry date on points earned; they remain on your account until redeemed.

  • Online bookings gain loyalty points; to redeem points you must book by telephone.

  • Loyalty points hold no monetary value and can only be used as a discount against a CruiseLink booking with Eavesway.

  • Members who leave the loyalty programme forfeit any monetary value of points accrued.

  • Cancellation of bookings—normal terms & conditions apply as detailed on your travel ticket. Any points redeemed will be deducted before a refund is issued.

  • Eavesway reserves the right to alter or amend the Loyalty Programme at any time.
